Training

We provide our pilots with a magnitude of different training courses.  If you are a new member to the Fleet, your first
training course will be OCS (Officer Candidate School).  After completing OCS, or cross training from a different aircraft,
you will start your primary flight school.  This is divided by aircraft class (Fighter, Cargo, or Helicopter).  These
courses are designed to give you the necessary tools and information to employ your Weapon System within FSX Fleet
standards.  There are also many upgrades available to qualified pilots, such as; Flight/Formation Lead, Instructor Pilot,
Evaluator Pilot, and Weapons Officer.
